AVOCADO RECIPES!

SOME BEAUTIFUL MOTHERFUCKERS HAVE BEEN FLOODING MY INBOX WITH SOME DELICIOUS-ASS WAYS TO PREPARE AVOCADOS! PRETTY DAMN USEFUL, SINCE AVOCADOS ARE IN SEASON RIGHT NOW!

I haven’t seen any of the avocado ideas involve baking. Which is odd, because baked avocados are amazing. Preheat oven to about 375. Cut avocado in half, remove seed, season avocado flesh with whateverthehellyoulike (we use salt, pepper and garlic). Then set them, face up, on the middle rack (I recommend putting them on a baking sheet). Bake for ten to fifteen minutes or until the edges start to brown. Grab a spoon and eat it.

I personally subsist off of lemon juice squeezed onto avocado halves! you can add paprika, salt, pepper, or balsamic vinegar if you’re feeling fancy.

At my house one of our favorite ways to eat avocados is to cut them in half, remove the seed/pit thing and then put some Italian dressing into the halves. SO FUCKING DELICIOUS.

Cut it in half, pull out the seed, put soy sauce on the inside and just eat it like that

I like avocado on hot rice with just a bit of soy sauce and sesame oil. The hotter the rice, the more the avocado melts just enough to make it silky

In Vietnam, avocado smoothies are really popular. You just blend avocado, ice, sugar, and condensed milk. The condensed milk is the secret ingredient!
